Vietnam is now famous across the world for its spectacular street food. When picturing the fascinating cities of Vietnam, such as Hanoi, Saigon, Hue and Hoi An, it is hard not to include leathery-faced old ladies huddled over an enormous pot of delicious noodle soup, surrounded by slurping and satisfied patrons on little plastic stools. Ngon Villa is an extension of this wonderful street food culture, offering Vietnam’s favourite dishes in comfortable and elegant surroundings.

Street food is found everywhere across the country, but each province will be different in terms of the dishes served and the ingredients and recipes for those dishes. A great Hanoian pho is impossible to find in central Vietnam, and a Hue bun bo is non-existent in the northern part of the country. This is where Ngon Villa steps in, bringing the whole world of authentic Vietnamese street food to one beautiful French villa.
