It has been a long time since the myth was dispelled that fine wine and Asian cuisine don’t mix well. And Vietnamese cuisine has proved itself to be particularly adaptable; favorable to a glass of great wine largely because of the magnificent variety of flavors it employs. The French-inspired Vietnamese beef stew, bo sot vang, a rich dish of complex flavors pairs beautifully with a powerful Argentinian Malbec. Whereas the quintessential Hanoian fish dish, cha ca, goes remarkably well with a fruity French Chardonnay.

Just as our European mansion makes the ideal home for our world of Vietnamese street food, great wines from the West couple perfectly with the excellent cuisine we serve. Our wine list is extensive, and represents a wide variety of both old and new world wines.

For those wanting to refrain from from alcoholic drinks, we have a range of fresh tropical fruit drinks that take advantage of Vietnam’s diverse geography and different climates. We source apples from the northern mountains, strawberries from the central highlands, and mangoes from the tropical and fertile fruit farms of the Mekong Delta. We also offer traditional street food beverages, such as sweetened soya milk and iced tea.
