Iron Chef Vietnam 2012, Tung, Ngon Villa’s executive chef, oversees everything, from our delectable food selection to our interesting cooking centre recipes. Driven by passion and love for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, being a self-taught man, he proved that hard work mixed with the right attitude and the willingness to learn is the right formula to anyone’s success in the culinary world. He has worked with chefs from across the world to devise extraordinary menus, both Vietnamese and Western; traditional and inventive. Now he is the heart of our Ngon Villa.
