Our Executive Chef, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Iron Chef Vietnam 2012, has organized an exciting array of traditional recipes suitable for all, from the uninitiated beginner to the culinary expert masterchef. Chef Tung is a passionate of Vietnamese cuisine and has worked in kitchens around the country, with chefs from across the world to devise extraordinary menus, both traditional and inventive. Our Ngon Villa Cooking Corner gives Chef Tung the opportunity to share his passion and talents with the w orld. Our recipes can take into account all dietary requirements, so please let us know if there is anything you can or cannot eat.
Classes for Beginners
Vietnamese food does not need to be complicated. In fact, many of Vietnam’s freshest and most delicious dishes can be put together in a matter of minutes. Many Vietnamese dishes can be compared to those of Italy, in that they rely on the freshness of the ingredients rather than the complexity of the recipe.
